Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
